Once you receive your quote and decide to proceed, welcome aboard! The next steps involve signing our design agreement and submitting the required deposit (typically 50%). This secures your spot in our schedule, ensuring we can plan ahead as projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
This includes a questionnaire designed to clarify your project goals. Depending on whether it’s a product or packaging design project, we may create a mood board to outline the project direction. This ensures alignment on creative direction before any concepts are developed, minimizing surprises later on.

Upon your approval of the design, the final invoice will be sent. Upon receipt of final payment, your design files and will be released to you, marking an exciting step towards your project launch!
